Boman Irani Launches Own Production House
The actor has christened it Irani Movietone.
After making a mark in Bollywood with his acting skills, Boman Irani is all set to step into production. The Khosla Ka Ghosla actor has launched his own production house named Irani Movietone.
The official logo of the company was unveiled at an event in Mumbai by Amitabh Bachchan, who was felicitated by Boman and his wife Zenobia. Also present was Alexander Dinelaris, screenwriter of Birdman.
"We are the ever-evolving industry and there is a lot that is changing in the cinema as we speak. I just want to make sure that the foundation on which this industry is built gets stronger every day," Boman said in a statement.
"By inviting celebrated writer Alexander Dinelaris to launch my production house and making him share his experience with us is just a first step towards the big aim," he added.
Boman is set to direct and produce his next film for which he has also the script.
Dia Mirza, Roshan Abbas, Ronnie Screwvala, Farhan Akhtar and Kunal Vijaykar were among the celebrities present at the launch.
