Director Ali Abbas Zafar shared the first look of his upcoming film, Bharat starring Salman Khan. In the photo shared on Twitter, Salman is seen riding his bike into a ring of fire in front of him. The film promises a lot of action, with Salman playing a daredevil stuntman, while Disha Patani works as a trapeze artiste.

The makers are attempting to create an Indo-Russian circus like Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker, revealed director Ali Abbas Zafar in an interview with Mumbai Mirror. An elaborate set has been created in Filmistan Studio in Mumbai.

Priyanka Chopra will be filming a Holi song with Salman in Mumbai before the team goes to Malta and later, Abu Dhabi to finish the shooting of the film.

Salman and Disha’s characters are reportedly set to go through many physiological changes that will be depicted on screen. The film will ostensibly portray Salman ageing from approximately 17 to 65. Khan has steered clear of prosthetics since they aggravate his neurological condition. But this film may have him consider the prospect for the sake of authenticity.

Bharat also stars Nora Fatehi. The film will be Salman’s Eid release for 2019.
