Ever since we heard of the Golmaal franchise coming out with its fourth instalment, fans have been pumped with excitement about who’ll play the leads in the film. The makers are reportedly retaining the old cast, which includes Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade, but are very sad about having to leave Bebo out of the plan this time. Since Kareena Kapoor Khan would be pregnant during the filming of Golmaal 4, the film’s makers are considering Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt for the female lead.

Yes, it’s true. Either of the two will be playing the lead in<i>Golmaal 4</i>. I have heard the discussions and it’s almost certain that it will be Alia or Deepika this time. We start sometime in December. It’s always fun to be back working with this crazy team. Ajay, Tusshar, Shreyas and I - we are all excited. But we will miss Bebo this time.
