Cyber Crime Team to Record Kangana’s Statement on April 30th
Actress Kangana Ranaut will finally give her statement to the cyber crime team on April 30th.
Going by media reports, cyber crime officers were all set to visit Kangana Ranaut’s residence on Monday, April 18th to record her statement. But the meeting had to be postponed as Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee informed the officials of her unavailability. Dipesh Mehta, Hrithik Roshan’s lawyer has reportedly submitted more proof to the investigating team including emails that were allegedly sent by Kangana to his client Hrithik. The contents of these emails will be verified during the course of the investigation.
Hrithik had filed an FIR on March 25th reporting an imposter. His FIR also mentioned that on May 24th, 2014, at a party hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, Kangana had thanked him for appreciating her work in her film Queen. After that, he found out that Kangana had been sending emails addressed to him to an account that was not his.
Meanwhile, Kangana’s legal team is seeking a copy of the FIR from the police. Her lawyer told the media that he would be submitting an application in the Bandra court for a copy of the FIR on Monday.
