Salman and Aamir Khan have been great friends for over two decades now. The two Khans showed awesome chemistry in Andaz Apna Apna and are playing wrestlers in their upcoming films Sultan and Dangal. On Monday, Aamir launched a new poster of his film Dangal and believe it or not, Salman too made his presence felt at the event. Here’s how the Dabangg star was a part of Aamir’s poster launch:

1. Salman and Shah Rukh Khan Are Bigger Stars, Says Aamir

Salman has always been a bigger star than me, what is new about it. I have always considered Salman a bigger star, I have always considered Shah Rukh a bigger star. When I see Salman walking into a room, it feels like a star has arrived. When I enter it feels like a waiter has entered. No offence to waiters, I shouldn’t say that. But I just mean that when I enter, it doesn’t feel like a star has entered. So Salman and Shah Rukh are bigger stars than I am.

2. Aamir Bets Sultan Will Be a Huge Hit

<i><b>Sultan</b></i> is going to be a huge super duper hit, so all the millions of people who come to see <i><b>Sultan</b></i>, I want them to see this poster outside the theatre, that our film is also coming soon. So that’s the reason we are releasing the poster right before <b><i>Sultan’s</i></b> release. It’s (<b><i>Sultan</i></b>) going to be such a bumper hit and whose opening will have some bizarre numbers and those lakhs of people who will come to watch it, I mean in the theatre we should at least stand in one corner and let people know that we will also be coming in 6 months.So we are using the huge potential that <b><i>Sultan</i></b> has to promote our film.

3. Aamir Used Salman’s Trainer for Dangal

Rakesh is actually Salman’s trainer. So one day he told me bhai has called for me, <b><i>Sultan’s</i></b> shooting will start. So I was like go to bhai, if he wants you. So he started training Salman for <i><b>Sultan</b></i> and in his place Rahul Bhatt started training me. So Rahul Bhatt trained me for 3-4 months during the shoot. Once <i><b>Sultan’s</b></i> shooting got over then Rakesh came back. So the last three months again Rakesh trained me.

4. Salman Helped Get the Title Dangal for Aamir

Another thing I need to thank Salman for, it’s the title<b> </b><i><b>Dangal</b></i>. I don’t know if you know that, the <b><i>Dangal</i></b> title was already written in the script but then we found out that the title copyright was with Puneet Isaar. I knew that Salman is very close to Puneet so I called up Salman one day and said I want the the <b><i>Dangal</i></b> title, can you arrange a meeting between Puneet and me? Actually Salman called up Puneet and said that yaar these guys want the <b><i>Dangal</i></b> title. While he (Salman) is making <b><i>Sultan</i> </b>and people are saying apparently we are fighting with each other because both are in a wrestling film, but there is nothing like that because Salman actually helped us get the <b>Dangal</b> title.
