Urmila Mocks Modi, Says Her Dog’ll Get Radar With No Clouds
Matondkar is Congress’s candidate for Mumbai North Constituency in the Lok Sabha 2019 Elections.
Responding to PM Modi’s ‘cloud’ remarks about the Balakot air strikes in an interview with News Nation, actor and politician Urmila Matondkar tweeted, “Thank God for the clear sky and no clouds so that my pet Romeo’s ears can get the clear RADAR signals.”
PM Modi in this interview had said, “The weather had suddenly become bad, it had rained a lot. At 12 am, we thought if we would be able to conduct the strike or not. The experts asked if they should change the dates. I thought since there are clouds and heavy rain, we will be able to dodge the radar. I had raw wisdom, which could benefit us. I finally asked them to proceed."
Matondkar is Congress's candidate for Mumbai North Constituency in the Lok Sabha 2019 Elections. The BJP candidate fighting from this seat is Gopal Shetty.
