With the end of elections come exit polls and with exit polls come high drama television. While the entire country waited impatiently for the numbers, television anchors also went a bit crazy with their productions.

News18 anchor flew around the globe in a VFX helicopter as the voter turnout and seat numbers popped on the map.

The sight amused many Twitter users. And some were embarrassed by the method.

One Twitter user said, “One day I hope news channels, editors, anchors are made to see the stuff they put out in the name of news over and over again and asked one simple question: why?”

Inside Republic TV’s studio, panelists arrived in cars and Arnab Goswami received them as they got out.

There was also a water tank prop, apparently.

And an exit poll debate with more than 10 panelists!

Times Now had experts guessing the seat shares on a school blackboard. There was also a blue VFX man on the studio floor somersaulting while showing numbers.
