Major parties are making big promises about giving jobs to the youth in the Punjab elections. Unemployment is a huge issue in the state and nothing highlights it better than the stories of Mohit – an Electronics and Communication engineer working as a coolie at the Bathinda Railway Station, and his wife, Navita, who’s pursuing an MTech but still doesn’t have a job.
