With over 10 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, academic consulting, and quality assurance, Dr. Pandey has worked with numerous institutions including Maharaja Public School (Satna) and Vedanta International School (Azamgarh). He is regarded for introducing reforms in Six Sigma in Education, Total Quality Management (TQM), Academic Audits, Quality Circles, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)—tools that are now revolutionizing pedagogical ecosystems in India.
