Everyone from the US’ First Family to celebrities and athletes took on the Mannequin Challenge this year. But the latest one is literally out of this world.

Imagine trying to stay still while you’re afloat in microgravity. The astronauts on board the International Space Station did exactly that. What’s more, they did a smashing job of it.

Thomas Pesquet, a French astronaut currently aboard the space station, posted a video of five crew members performing the challenge.

Some can be seen clinging to footholds and handholds as the camera passes them by, while others can be seen floating around, their bodies rigid in the microgravity.

Pesquet wrote in his post that the crew got together and took the Mannequin Challenge to “new heights”!

“The result is kind of sci-fi spooky don’t you think?” he wrote on Facebook. There’s no beating this one.
