British Troops are Using Bollywood Music to “Freak Out” ISIS

British Special forces came up with the idea of annoying the ISIS members with psychological warfare.

Bollywood music has never been put to better use before. British special forces are blasting Hindi music to “freak out” ISIS fighters who banned such music on accord of it being un-Islamic, Mirror reported.

A Pakistani-born army intelligence officer with the British forces came up with the idea of annoying the ISIS members with psychological warfare.

In a particular incident, the special forces who are in Libya to train local forces to push out ISIS, left two cars with two speakers blasting Bollywood music near checkpoints around the Sirte region of Libya.

To ISIS militants, who follow the Sharia law, this music is an insult, so playing the music also stands for defiance of their regime.

The benefits of annoying the ISIS militants is that it shows their reaction time to get to the source of the music and in the numbers they come, revealing their weak points.

A dozen of British forces have been training local forces in Libya for the past six weeks in readiness for an assault against more than 4,000 insurgents, who have held coastal Sirte for 20 months.
