India is still facing a crisis in terms of taxes and tax payers who don’t disclose their incomes and assets. Sinha said the government will take proper action to bring this issue under control.

Jayant Sinha said that the government has implemented proper monitoring on black money. He also added that the government is concerned about both, the black money abroad as well as within our country.

The soaring prices of food commodities has been a serious bother. Be it the prices of tomatoes or pulses, Sinha said that this is a very complex issue to deal with. It is directly related to the distortion between the demand and supply , further exacerbated by the consecutive two droughts that have affected the country.

Jayant Sinha said that almost every states and Union territory has accepted the GST Bill’s proposal, and that the BJP government is sure that this Bill will be a game changer in all aspects.
