It is election season and five of India’s 29 states are going to poll this year. West Bengal is one of the five and with a voting population of 6.5 crore, the outcome of the election is bound to make the Centre sit up and take notice.

The Quint gives you the numbers that’ll help you make sense of this phase of the elections.
