1. Shah Rukh Khan Gets an Autographed Copy of The Alchemist from Paulo Coelho
After Shah Rukh Khan sent Paulo Coelho a box of his DVDs, the writer returned the gesture by sending the star an autographed copy of The Illustrated Alchemist. Shah Rukh was obviously thrilled on receiving this special gift and he tweeted a picture of the book with the post, “when u want something, all the universe conspires in helping u to achieve it. Thx @paulocoelho This is so special”
This line from The Alchemist holds a special place in SRK’s heart also because it was famously used in the star’s blockbuster Om Shanti Om.
2. Akshay Kumar Cools It In a Pool With Daughter
Actor Akshay Kumar, who is currently abroad on a working holiday with family, tweeted a cute picture of him and his 3-year-old daughter in a pool. Akshay is in England shooting for his upcoming comedy Housefull 3. When he’s not shooting, Akshay is spending time with wife Twinkle, daughter Nitara and son Arav, doing some sightseeing in and around Norwich.
3. Logo of Shah Rukh Khan’s Fan Released
There is still around six months to go before Shah Rukh Khan’s next film Fan releases. But to keep the buzz on the film going, Yash Raj Films released a new video which showcases the logo of the film. The video comes with the tag line “Aa Raha Hai... Duniya Ke Sabse Bade Superstar Ka, Sabse Bada Fan.”

4. Salman Khan’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo Is 2 Hrs 50 Mins Long
Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo was originally 3 hours and 20 minutes long. However, thankfully according to reports, director Sooraj Barjatya has now managed to cut down the film by 30 minutes. Barjatya was forced to cut down the duration of the film because the popular sentiment was that ticket sales may be affected if the film turned out to be extremely long.

5. Ranveer Singh Shoots for Bajirao Mastani Despite Illness
Ranveer Singh has been shooting for Bajirao Mastani in Wai, Maharashtra and he reportedly fell ill on the sets of the film but did not stop working. The team were completing Ranveer’s portions in the film, shooting in over 40 degrees of temperature and by the end of the day a doctor had to be called on the set to monitor a completely dehydrated Ranveer’s health. We hope all the hard work pays off when the film releases next month.
